Body Helix Compression Support Returns & Exchanges
Body Helix proudly guarantees the quality, performance and fit of all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Helix, we will gladly exchange it for a new size or will refund your purchase. Exchanges and returns are only accepted in like–new condition (unworn/unwashed) within 30 days from the original date of purchase. This doesn’t apply to special orders.

EXCHANGE for the Same Product Type:
Please mail the like-new Helix to the above address and specify on the original packing slip the new size/color for which you would like to exchange.
EXCHANGE for DIFFERENT Product Type:
(Example: exchange your Knee Helix for a Full Knee Helix) Please follow the “Return for Refund” instructions below. Then, place your new order on BodyHelixuk.co.uk
RETURN for Refund:
Please mail the like-new Helix and specify on the original packing slip your request for a refund. The refund will be returned through the original method of payment.
Unfortunately we do not refund postage charges unless we have made an error. In the case of exchanges there will be a charge for the postage of the replacement item.
Body Helix products come with a twelve month warranty. During this time, products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and can be returned for a replacement in accordance with our return policy.
Custom orders refer to any order which is not a standard size or product available on our website. Custom orders are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.
