Our High Performance Biceps and Triceps Compression Sleeve
The Biceps and Triceps compression Arm Helix is a bicep and tricep compression sleeve designed to ease pain from biceps and triceps strains or tendon injuries.
The Biceps-Triceps Arm Helix is also a great support to help reduce the oscillation of the muscles of the upper arm while keeping them warm, thereby protecting the biceps and triceps muscles and tendons from possible re-injury.
Our biceps and triceps compression sleeve utilises Form-Fit Technology. Consequently, the sleeve allows a full range of motion while remaining anchored to the skin and firmly in place. Additionally the sleeve will not absorb excess water, bacteria, or odours and 100% machine washable.
A proper fit is important
It is very important to measure your biceps and triceps at the maximum dimension where it will be used in order to get the proper fit for your compression sleeve. Please do not measure your elbow.

Dr. Fields discusses compression and how biceps injuries heal…
Dr. Fields:
Muscles, tendons, ligaments all heal by a flow of electrons that bridge a gap and bring in the healing tissues. Therefore, if that muscle is torn or disrupted so it doesn’t have a nice, confined contour, it doesn’t heal as fast. So, when you get a biceps injury, you’ve got a lot of blood supply to your biceps — you’ll get a lot of swelling in there. Therefore, unless you compress that, get it down to where it’s in a more normal plane, it’s going to take longer for those fibers to come back together and heal themselves.

I liked the way that the omniskyn performed so well that I was, at first, disappointed that it was no longer offered, but after much use I do see that it might not be long lasting. I am very happy with my Helix bicep arm support. It stays perfectly in place when playing tennis. It fits snugly without being too tight. I have tendentious in my right arm and the upper arm support really is a huge help when I am playing. I will most likely buy the exact one again to have an extra on hand. I have recently stated physical therapy for my arm which is helpful, but my husband suggested getting another Helix for added protection of my weakened arm.

The BodyHelix Biceps Compression Band is an awesome product to help relieve tendonitis in the upper arm. To make it even better, their customer service is fabulous as well. I ordered a medium & thought it was too small; therefore, sent it back for a refund & then ordered a large which was too large. When I read on their website that a “custom fit” band could be made, I called them. I spoke to Sara who set me up with Sharon for a custom fit band instead. In the end, Sharon recommended I wear a medium size band for a better compression and possible better healing. Both Sara & Sharon were absolutely AWESOME – so prefessional, but still very personable & extremely helpful!! I have had a Body Helix thigh sleeve for some time now and it works great for me. Recently had quite a bit of pain on my bicep so purchased this sleeve and it has helped considerably. Its quite expensive but what price do you put on reducing pain.
